These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Turbo VPN — Private & Fast mobile application (the "Service"), operated by SHREE UMIYAJI ENTERPRISE ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them before using the Service.
1. Agreement to These Terms
Installing, accessing, or using the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Service.
2. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the App on an Android device you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer any ownership in the App or its content, and you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except where law expressly permits.
3. Acceptable Use
A VPN protects your privacy; it is not a shield for wrongdoing. You agree that you will not use the Service to:
- commit, facilitate, or conceal any unlawful activity;
- send, publish, or distribute material that is defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable;
- probe, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to any network, system, or account;
- create, distribute, or control malware, viruses, botnets, or other harmful code;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or other users' use of it.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.
4. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular speeds, or access from any specific network or region. Server locations and features may change, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time.

The Service is free to use and is funded by advertisements displayed within the App interface. Ads are provided by third-party partners as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or secure against every threat.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHREE UMIYAJI ENTERPRISE and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
